Qualification: Must be Graduate, Able to handle Tally/MS Office
Experience: 5 Year Experience in Sale of Building Materials

 

Duties: - 

1. Managing Store Team

2. Achieving Sales Target

3. Weekly meeting of IHB/Influencers in Each Category

4. Building Relations with Influencers in Each Category

5. Reporting to CA/Accountant

6. Field visits to meet influencers and sites

7. Visiting Live sites and interacting with customers

8. Forecasting demand, Maintaining sufficient inventory from godown.

 

Other Condition:

• Must own a Motor Cycle for field visits.

• Must be polite and respectful to customers.

• Team Player.

Post: Field Executive(2 Opening)

 

Qualification: ITI/Diploma/Degree Holder, Able to Handle Basic Internet/Mobile

Experience: 0-2 year

 

Duties: - 

1. Visiting Field on Daily basis in different Geography (Usually 2-3 Blocks).

2. Giving Demos of product at each Store to IHBs

3. Quick at reaching customer for sales/after sales service

4. Good Communication Skill.

5. Give Store Manager lead for Weekly Meetings of IHBs

6. Organise Influencers meeting on monthly Basis

Post: Store Assistant(No opening)

Qualification: Must be 12th/Graduate, Able to handle Basic Tally/MS Office
Experience: 0-2 Year Experience in Sale of Building Materials

 

Duties: - 

1. Help Store manager in its duties

2. Take the role of Store manager in event of absence or if he is in field.

3. Interaction with customer for pitching of sale
